Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15th August 1994, in USA. Ashley doesn't talk much about her parents. However she does credit her father as being the one that inspired her to start working hard. His grandfather was an active bodybuilder when he lived in his 20s-30s. Ashley was active physically from a young age. She started swimming lessons when she was just four years old and carried on for 10 more. Being the only one who did not adhere to strict dietary habits meant that she was not able to compete in many of the competitions. It is believed that she was a popular high school student because of her beautiful looks and curvy figure. But, it's not known whether or not Ashley dated during this time. Ashley chose to concentrate her efforts to become a fitness instructor and modeling model after she graduated. Ashley was just 15 when she realized that she wasn't satisfied with the way her body appeared. In the direction of her grandpa, she began going to the gym, but she took his suggestions and started gradually. What she did not know was that she was about to be spending the next 9 years shaping her body and gradually becoming an fitness celebrity. Inspired by her success Ashley took part in the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships and finished seventh. She was motivated to accept what she thought was an undeserved defeat, and decided to work out even more. Then she returned to the 2015 WBFF World Championships and won fifth place. After the competition ended. Ashley was able to decide that she didn't desire to compete any more. When she was still competing in competitions she received offers of photography shoots. However, she wasn't looking to join her two careers. After she retired from competing and quit the sport she began working as a fitness model. The magazine she was on featured her cover in a well-known fitness publication and launched her fitness modelling career. She signed with an agency straight away following. Since then, she has become a well-known model who has been employed by numerous bikini brands and world-renowned clothing firms.
